基于约束理论的智能维护模型及策略

摘    要:针对目前智能维护的研究主要集中于性能退化预测等方面,而智能维护模型和策略缺乏这一现状,结合智能维护对设备接近零损坏的要求,以维护人员数量最小化为优化目标,提出了一种智能维护系统的数学模型,并将约束理论(TOC)引入到维护策略制定中,为以上模型开发了一种基于TOC的维护策略.通过实例分析,证实了模型和策略在实际运用中具有一定的价值.

Abstract:The research on intelligent maintenance modeling and maintenance strategy received less attention in contrast to forecasting the performance degradation etc.To solve this problem,one mathematical model aiming at minimizing the number of maintainers was developed to meet the zero downtime request of intelligent maintenance.Theory of constraints(TOC) was introduced for problem solving and a TOC based maintenance strategy was proposed.The effectiveness of the strategy was proven through examples.
