基于Solidworks的水力裂缝三维重构

摘    要:水力压裂室内模拟实验可以有效地模拟现场压裂过程,是认识水力裂缝扩展规律的有效途径。目前真三轴压裂实验中采用的岩样一般为立方体水泥块,在实验之后通过剖开岩样可以观察裂缝的扩展形态。但是岩样在剖开之后却变得支离破碎,不易直观地展现裂缝之间的相互关系;而且破碎岩样所呈现的抽象形态也很难用照片或者文字来记录。基于这些原因,通过Solidworks软件,利用软件中的"曲面放样"、"拉伸基体"等功能,对破碎岩样中的水力裂缝进行了三维重构。重构之后,岩样中的水力裂缝能够直观地在三维空间中展现出来,方便工作人员从各个角度对裂缝进行研究。而且这种重构方法步骤简单、易于操作,对于大批量、重复性的室内模拟实验,可作为一种记录水力裂缝形态的有效工具,为工作人员在实验后期对各组裂缝做进一步的对比分析提供便利。

Abstract:Hydraulic fracturing simulation experiment is an efficient way to study the mechanism of hydraulic fracturing. In order to know internal fractures in the rock sample after experiment, the sample is split and becomes fragmented. Although researchers could know the fracture geometry and fracture growth path by observing broken sample at that day, all these abstract fracture information is hard to record, which adds difficulty to later analysis. The paper gives a simple method to reconstruct fragmented rock sample in Solidworks software, and it proves to be very practicable. Via a few steps in Solidworks, the internal fractures in the rock sample could be visually presented in three-dimension space. In spite of limited accuracy, this kind of method turns abstract and complex twisted fractures into vivid display, and for repeated indoor simulation experiments, it provides great convenience for later experimental comparison and other further analysis.
