微波消解-FAAS法测定野菜中的微量元素

摘    要:采用微波消解样品、火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定了3种野菜中的钾、钠、钙、铜、镁、铁等无机元素的含量.考察了微波消解条件对分析结果的影响,同时选FAAS测定的最佳条件.利用该法对野菜中的9种无机元素进行了分析,方法回收率在96%~104%之间,相对标准偏差为1.02%~3.30%,测定结果令人满意.

Abstract:The use of microwave digestion in the determination of K, Na, Ca, Cd, Cu, Mn, Pb, Mg, Fe in potherbs by FAAS was described. The optical condition of microwave digestion and FAAS measurement were also investigated. Compared with traditional wet digestion method, microwave digestion could be done more rapidly and effectively and displayed a lower background. Applied to the determination trace elements in potherbs the method proved to be selective with satisfactory recovery of 96 % - 104 % and relative standard deviation of 1.02 %-3.30 %.
