摘    要:以JBP-63型电液比例控制负载传感变量径向柱塞泵为研究对象,讨论了具体液压系统的建模过程.通过计算机仿真技术对该泵系统的静态特性进行了理论分析,对于如何解决液压系统存在的“刚性”问题进行了探讨.结果表明:采用调整结构参数的方法能显著降低系统的刚性,静态特性理论分析是液压系统参数匹配和优化时所采用的简单而有效的方法.

Abstract:Taking the electro-hydraulically,proportionally controlled radial piston pump JBP-63 as an investigation objective,the concrete modeling course of hydraulic system was discussed.The static characteristics of the system were theoretically analyzed by using computer simulation technique,and the problem of "stiffness" residing in hydraulic systems was explored for seeking its solution.The result showed that the method of changing system structural parameters could remarkably reduce stiffness of systems,and theoretical analysis of static characteristics was a simple and effective approach to parameters matching and optimizing.
