| Abstract: | This paper expounds the operational process, the technical activity and the cultivation of the practical ability of FOSS research laboratory, probes into the new model for the modem common four-year-undergraduate universities to cultivate the applied talents, and points out that the practical ability of the students should be cultivated from cultivating the self-interest and exciting the initiative of the students＇ becoming the applied talents. |
