刺五加总苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用L9(3^4)正交试验法考察刺五加总苷提取的各影响因素(A乙醇体积分数、B溶剂量、C提取次数),以多指标(刺五加总苷收率、丁香苷质量分数以及浸膏得率)综合评分法进行直观分析及方差分析,确定最佳提取工艺条件.试验结果表明影响刺五加总苷提取的主要因素为B(溶刑量),优选出最佳提取工艺条件为A1B3C1,即乙醇体积分数60%,10倍量,提取2次,每次1h.此工艺简单易行,稳定可行,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:To optimize the optimum extraction process for eleutherosides, L_9(3~4) theorthogonal design is used to observe influential factors such as ethanol concentration (A), menstruum capacity (B) and extraction times(C). Eleutherosides content, syringin content and extraction rate are determined to evaluate the effect of different processes, and the results are analyzed by grading methods including direct method and variance method. The results showed that the main factor was menstruum capacity (B), and the optimum extraction process was A_1B_3C_1, viz. extracting for 2 times (1 hour each) with 10 times of 60% alcohol. The optimal extraction process is simple, repeatable and adapt to industrial production.
