摘    要:5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)是临床上一种抗瘤谱广、有效率高的抗代谢药物.它对多种肿瘤有抑制作用,缺陷是服药有效剂量与中毒量相近,在杀死癌细胞的同时对正常细胞的损伤也较严重.提高5-FU的选择性、最大限度地避免药物的副作用已成为人们的研究重点.对近年来已研究的5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物的合成及其抗癌活性进行了综述和评论.

Abstract:5-fluorouracil(5-FU) is a kind of antimetabolic drug used in clinic.5-FU has inhibition effect on many kinds of cancer,but it also seriously hurts the normal cells while it kills the cancer cells.More attention has been paid to improve the target activity of 5-FU and reduce its side effects.The synthesis and antitumor activity development of 5FU derivatives in recent years is reviewed and discussed.
