摘    要:本文旨在探讨钾灰燃烧的机理,并在此基础上选择适宜的燃烧条件,为燃烧设备的设计提供依据。特别是利用反应热设法达到自热平衡,这一点是重要的。

Abstract:The production of potash and white gypseous slag cement by remelting potash feldspar in a blast furnace simultaneously is a Chinese unique technique.Potash ash goes by the general name of the dust caught by dust separators from the gases of a blast furnace.Some sorts of potash ash are able to self-combust, and the non self-combustible one could be set on fire also.After potash ash has self-combusted or has been set on fire, a series of changes favourable for production shows that the supplement of a combustion equipment is required before dissolving potash. The purpose of this paper is to study combus tion mechanism of potash ash, based upon it to select optimum combustion conditions and to provide design basis for the combustion equipment; especially, it is very important to reach a thermo equilibrium of itself by the use of reaction heat.
