| 摘 要： | 本文针对薄壁铸态铁素体球墨铸铁产品,采用含多种微量元素的孕育剂与75SiFe孕育剂在三种不同孕育处理工艺下的孕育效果进行比较。实验所用四种含微量元素的孕育剂比单纯用75SiFe作孕育剂的孕育效果为好,尤以含Bi孕育剂在包内随流孕育处理工艺下的孕育效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The paper geves the comparison of the inoculating effects of several alloys containing some trace elements and Si 75% ferrosilicium alone. Comparison tests are carried in three different treatment processes for thin wall casting of ferritic ductile iron. The comparison shows that the inoculating effects of alloys containing 4 types of trace elements are better than that of ferrosilicium alone,and the alloy containing Bi has best inoculating effect when it is added into stream on teeming. |
