| 摘 要： | 通过对高校行政管理办公现状和特点的分析，提出了推广使用办公自动化系统的必要性及目前所面临的困难，并根据当前计算机技术的发展，结合高校行政管理办公的特点进行了系统设计．着重分析了公文管理的工作流程，并提出行政办公自动化系统的应用方案及注意的问题．

| Abstract: | The need to popularize the application of office automatization system for administration in colleges and universities and the difficulties to be currently confronted are brought forward on the basis of simultaneous analysis of the status and characteristics of administrative management system of colleges and universities in this paper.Meahume, systematic design of office automatization system for administration is tried according to the current development of computer technology and in view of the characteristics of administrative management in colleges and universities,where the working flow of management of official documents is heghlighted and applied project,together with problems to be observed,of office automatization system for administration is advanced. |
