| 摘 要： | 阐述了危险源及重大危险源的概念，探讨了重大危险源的评价方法。指出该方法能较准确地评价出系统内危险物质、工艺过程的危险度及危险性等级，计算事故后果的重要程度（危险区域范围、人员伤亡和经济损失），提出了工艺设备、人员素质以及安全管理缺陷等3方面的评价指标集。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the conceptions of the dangerous source and major dangerous source, probes into the method for the evaluation of the major dangerous source, points out that using this method can make more accurate evaluation on the dangerous materials in the system, the danger and danger degree of the technical process, and calculate the important extent of the accidence consequences ( the scope of the danger area, personnel casualties and the economic losses), and puts forward three evaluating indicators sets in aspects of the technical equipment, personnel quality and safety management defects. |
