喹诺酮化合物环丙化反应的研究

摘    要:首次以溴代环丙烷为烷化剂,以季铵盐为相转移催化剂,无机碱为缚酸剂,在非质子极性溶剂介质中对喹诺酮化合物的环丙化反应进行了研究,并取得了较好的效果,环丙化收率可达73.1%。

Abstract:The cyclopropylation of quinolone compound was studied via phase transfer catalysis in the rnedium ofthe aprotic polar solvent,in which bromocyclopropane was used as a alkylating agent,inorganic base as a condensingagent and quarternary ammonium salt as a phase transfer catalyst,and the better results were obtained. The yleld of cyclopropylation was 73. 1 %.
