摘    要:分析了船闸人字门液压启闭机液压缸铰支点位置的选取对力臂和跨距的影响,得到了液压缸铰支点位置选取的一般规则,弥补了传统直观布置观念上的局限性.开发了通用性很强的软件,算例证实了分析的结论.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the effect of the hinge position for cylinder of hydraulic lock gate hoist on arm of force and span, and found the common rule to select the hinge position, which should be in the third area where the arm of force in complete closed position is greater than that in complete opened position. This corrects the traditional method which generally place the cylinder of hydraulic gate host on horizontal position. A general program has been developed and an example of applying the program verified the previous conclusion.
