摘    要:应届毕业生在求职过程中碰到的一个普遍问题是缺乏实践经验,所以,如何有效地训练在校学生的实战能力,成为学样教育的一个重要环节,针对现阶段营销专业学生校内帝训环节中的难点及实训方法存在的问题,建立实战性的实验公司,对于锻炼学习的实践能力,是行之有效的举措。

Abstract:Lack of practical experience is a common problem which the graduates face in the job-hunting process.So how to effectively train the practical ability of the students at school has become an important step of school education.According to the focus and difficulty existing in the practical training of the students of marketing specialty at shcool,setting up an experimental company for practical training is an effective measure for the training of student's practical ability.
