植物根尖微核与四分体微核技术对诱变剂和工厂废水的监测试验

摘    要:本文报道了应用植物根尖微核与四分体微核技术对诱变剂和工厂废水的监测试验结果。试验表明,无论是植物的根尖细胞或花粉母细胞在分裂过程中,对诱变剂或环境中的污染物质都具有敏感性,都能产生诱变效应,尤其是在工厂废水的监测上,应用四分体微核技术更为敏感。此外,试验还表明,紫竹梅对诱变物质的敏感性接近于紫露草,但紫竹梅分布广泛,适应性强,是值得利用的环境污染监测材料。

Abstract:The application of plant root-tip micronucleus and tetrad micronucleus technique for monitoring industrial waste water and mutagents had been reported. It was demonstrated that both root-tip cells are sensitive to mutagents and pollution. But tetrad micronucleus bioassay is considered more sensitive in monitoring industrial waste water.Otherwise, Setereasea purpurea is regarded as a highly sensitive plant for Bioassay.
