摘    要:采用锌-柠檬酸铵溶液还原体系,从偶氮苯制备氢化偶氮苯.选取偶氮苯与锌粉的物质的量比、饱和柠檬酸铵溶液的稀释倍数、柠檬酸铵溶液的用量及水浴温度作为影响产率的主要因素,采用四因素三水平的正交表L9(34)设计实验,确定了最佳反应条件:偶氮苯与锌粉物质的量比为1∶4(偶氮苯0.625 mmol),稀释1.0倍的饱和柠檬酸铵溶液的用量为2.0 mL,水浴温度82.0℃,反应时间约4min,收率为86.4%.

Abstract:The rapid synthetic method of hydrazobenzene with azobenzene through Zn-solution of ammonium citrate reduction system was reported.The optimum reaction conditions of zinc-ammonium citrate were determined by orthogonal experiments.The molar ratio of azobenzene to zinc powder was 1∶4(the amount of azobenzene was 0.625 mmol),the consumption of saturated ammonium citrate liquor which was diluted one time was 2.0 ml,the temperature was 82.0 ℃,the reaction time was 4 min and the yield of hydrazobenzene was 86.4%.
