X射线实时成像电缆检测系统设计

摘    要:研究了利用X射线实时成像技术实现电缆检测的方法.采用双路系统完成了两个方向的尺寸检测.避免了圆周扫描检测的同心度不良问题;对实时成像系统分辨率影响因素进行了分析.提出了合理的解决方案,实现了多层交联电缆中半导层和绝缘层的尺寸检测.

Abstract:A method using X-ray real-time imaging technology to achieve cable testing is discussed.Two directions of size detection have been completed by two-way system and the problem of the concentric circle by scanning have been avoided.The affection to resolution of real-time imaging system is analyzed and a reasonable solution is put forward to achieve the size detection of semi-layer and insulation layer in a multi-storey cross-linking cable.
