摘    要:以大孔阳离子树脂为载体,通过化学还原法制备了Ni B/树脂催化剂,用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Ni B以非晶态的形式分散在树脂中。将催化剂用于水合肼还原硝基苯制备苯胺的反应,考察了KBH4溶液的p H值、B/Ni摩尔比和催化剂负载量对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,KBH4溶液的p H=12,硼/镍摩尔比为3∶1,Ni的负载量为10%时,制备的催化剂活性较高。在室温下,以无水乙醇为溶剂、Ni B/树脂为催化剂,10 mmol硝基苯与30 mmol水合肼反应30 min,苯胺的收率为99%。

Abstract:A series of NiB/resin were prepared by the chemical reduction method, which were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD). The results show that the NiB in resin is amorphous. The catalysts were used in the reduction of nitrobenzene with hydrazine hydrate. The effects of the pH of KBH4 solution, the molar ratio of B/Ni and Ni loading on the catalytic performance were investigated. The results show that the suitable preparation conditions are as follows: the pH of KBH4 solution 12, the molar ratio of B/Ni 3:1 and Ni loading 10%. At room temperature 10 mmol of nitrobenzene and 30 mmol of hydrazine hydrate reacting for 30 min in ethanol catalyzed by NiB/resin, the yield of aniline can reach 99%.
