| 摘 要： | 在文［４］的基础上，采用新方法重新获得了滞后型方程ｘ（ｔ）＋ａｘ（ｔ）＋ｂｘ（ｔ－τ）＝０（Ｅ）零解渐近稳定充要条件的代数判据。（其中ａ，ｂ为任意常数，τ为正常数。）
