| 摘 要： | 自主学习是学生学习英语的一种很重要的学习方式.在教学中教师应尊重学生的个体差异,注重培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯.自主学习是合作探究学习的基础和核心。文章通过对自主学习理论的论述,结合大学英语教学与实践,阐明了大学英语教学与自主学习相结合的意义和价值.

| Abstract: | Self-regulated learning provides university students with an important English learning ap- proach. A teacher should respect the student's individual difference, pay attention to develop the student' s consciousness and the habit of the independent study in the teaching.Self-regulated learning is the foundation and the core of learning. On basis of college English teaching and learning, this article presents self-regulated learning theories in college English teaching and learning. Furthermore, the value and sig- nificance of its application in practice are discussed. |
