摘    要:在陶瓷生产领域,陶瓷产品由于各自的工艺性能不同,对其烧结温度都有严格的要求。电窑是目前行业中普遍采用的烧结设备。作者通过采用人工神经网络中的BP模型和应用灰色系统理论中的GM(1,2)模型,建立电窑温度动态预测系统,运用此系统可以根据电窑进出口的炉温实时预测炉内温度,对电窑的安全,高效运行和预测设备使用寿命都有一定指导意义。

Abstract:In the ceramic industry,since the processing performance of each product is different,ceramic has the strict requirement to sintering temperature.The electric kiln is a sintering equipment which universally adopted in the present trade.By the application of BP model of artificial neural network and GM(1,2) model of grey system theory,the article establishes the dynamic temperature forecasting system of electricity kiln.And by using this system people can calculate the inside temperature of the kiln at real time according to the entrance temperature of electricity kiln.It plays a guiding role to the safety of electricity kiln,efficient operating and forecasting service span of equipments.
