用毛细管气体色谱法分析铜山薄荷油

摘    要:铜山县薄荷油中主要成分利用JMS—D300型质谱仪进行GC/MS鉴定。毛细管柱为PEG—20M,程序升温范围为70—150℃,速率为2℃/分。共鉴定出17个主要组分,并在自已改装的SP—2305E型毛细管色谱仪上进行定量分析。以二正丁基酮为内标,测定了异薄荷醇的定量校正因子和含量。定量分析的主要条件如下:PEG—20M毛细管柱,拄温95℃,分流比1/18,载气线速18厘米/秒,辅助载气流量46毫升/分。实验结果表明,对于含量为70.4%的异薄荷醇,相对偏差小于1%,回收率为105%。最后,还讨论了实验误差。

Abstract:been, explored and a comparison with the traditional method has been made. With ragard to the work of glass transitions, crystallising-melting procedure and the measurement of crystallinity, when both methods were employed separatcly, then the results of the experiment obtained might show agreement between them. But for the measurements of interaction parameter and others, the results obtained by means of both methods might show differences. The reason for the presence of such kind of difference has been give and the influence of the particle size of bulk stationary phase on the spocific retention volumc also has been studied.
