| 摘 要： | 给出了一个数域K何时为对于某一素数P的Eisenstein型数域的充分条件（该条件也是必要的）。并且对于Eisenstein型数域的性质作了一些探讨。其中对一类Eisenstein型数域的类数的某类因子作出了判断，给出了一类具有幂元整基的（E，P）型数域。
