摘    要:滤泡辅助性T细胞(T follicular helper cell, TFH)是CD4+ T细胞家族的新成员, TFH细胞不但在辅助生发中心(germinal center, GC)形成和维持的过程中发挥重要作用, 也是辅助GC中B细胞分化为浆细胞的关键因素. 近年来的研究已证实, Bcl-6是调控TFH细胞分化的重要分子, TFH细胞通过分泌细胞因子IL-21而作用于滤泡B细胞, 以促其分化. 本文就调节TFH细胞分化的主要因子及其作用机制作一综述.

Abstract:Follicular helper T cells (TFH cell) are a new member of the CD4+ T cell family. They are a key factor in the process of germinal center (GC) formation and maintenance, but also have a significant role in supporting GC B cells differentiate into plasma cells. Recent studies have confirmed that Bcl-6 is an important regulatory molecule for TFH cell differentiation, and by secreting cytokines such as IL-21 they can promote the differentiation of follicular B cells. This article will review the regulatory factors and mechanisms involved in the course of TFH cell differentiation.
