石膏保温材料的工艺与性能研究

摘    要:以建筑石膏为原料,采用松香类复合发泡剂发泡制成石膏保温材料。对石膏保温材料的成型工艺进行了较深入的探讨,并系统研究了各种外加剂对其性能的影响,利用汞压力测孔仪分析了石膏保温材料内部的孔隙率和孔径分布。研究表明,在稳泡剂的辅助上,发泡剂可对石膏浆体起到的引气作用。

Abstract:Using hemihydrate gypsum as main raw materials and frothing by gum rosin composite vesicant to produce gypsum heat preserving material. Probed the producing technology of this material. And studied the effective factors of several kinds of addition agent to its properties. Analyzed the hole ratio and the aperture distribution by mercury pressure hole measuring instruments. The research result come out that the vesicant can play function of introduce gas very well to the gypsum paste under the assistant of foam steady agent.
