| 摘 要： | 以芦丁为对照品，用分光光度法比较醇提法、超声法、煎煮法从锁阳干燥肉质茎中提取有效成分黄酮类化合物的提取效率。采用正交试验优化了超声法的提取工艺。结果表明料液比和超声时间对黄酮类化合物的提取效率有显著影响，乙醇浓度对提取效率影响不显著。得到最佳提取工艺为60％乙醇、1：60料液比、超声1．5h。

| Abstract: | To ascertain the optimum condition for extracting Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr, the authors of this paper take rutin as a comparison and compare the extraction methods of the total flavones of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr, and study the optimal conditions for extracting flavonoid compounds of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr with the help of L9 （34） orthogonal table. The volume of alcohol and the time of extraction affect the total flavones significantly. The results show that the highest extraction rate of the total flavones could be obtained with 60% ethanol solution at a ratio of solid to liquid 1：60 and ultrasound 1.5 h. |
