一种新型极板结构的电容式相浓度传感器

摘    要:为解决工业喷吹管道内气/固两相流固相浓度的在线实时测量问题,研制了一种带有对称边保护极板的螺旋形状面板电容式相度传感器,通过优化设计,其检测场空间内灵敏度均匀性误差优于5%,降低了相分布及流型变化对测量的影响,有效地减小了测量误差。已在现场应用,运行效果良好。

Abstract:A helical shaped surface plates capacitance transducer has been designed to solve the problem of in situ measurement of instantaneous solids phase concentration of gas/solid two phase flow. The homogeneous error of the sensitivity distribution in the sensing field is less than 5% by using optimum design,which diminishes the effect of phase distribution and flow regime changes on the measurement. The transducer has been used at the work site with good running result.
