知识产权能力与区域经济竞争力互动性研究 ——基于省际数据的检验

知识产权的本质是保护创新,创新促进经济增长,知识产权与经济增长关系密切。经济要转型,自主创新是关键,知识产权是核心。在分析知识产权能力与区域经济竞争力互动机制的基础上,构建评价指标体系,运用因子分析法测算2005—2009各年度中国大陆30省市的知识产权能力和区域经济竞争力,基于面板数据回归分析两者关系,结论表明:知识产权能力对区域经济竞争力有显著的正影响,但东部、中部、西部存在区域差异。

Interactive Research on Intellectual Property Rights Capacity and Regional Economic Competitiveness Test based on Provincial Data

Protection of innovation is the essence of intellectual property, and innovation promotes economic growth. Therefore, intellectual property fights and economic growth are closely related. Based on analysis on interaction mechanisms on intellectual property fights capabilities and regional economic competitiveness, an evaluation index system was built, using factor analysis to estimate in- tellectual property fights capabilities and regional economic competitiveness of 30 provinces and cities from 2005 to 2009. Based on panel data, and using regression analysis method, we concluded that intellectual property fights ability had a significant positive impact on regional economic competitiveness, but there was regional differences among the eastern, central and western areas.
