Situations Analysis on Scientific and Technological Development in Henan Province

The scientific and technological development in Henan advantages and shortages of Henan Province were compared among Province was summarized and reviewed. The six provinces of central China, to evaluate the scientific and technological development situations of Henan. The direction of the economy headed in the post financial crisis era, and the demand of technological innovation for the Central Plains Economic Zone construction were analyzed,finding that the external economic environment had significantly changed, and the Central Plains Economic Zone construction had brought the new and great situations with important opportunities. And then six countermeasures and suggestions were given to promote scientific and technological development in Henan Province.
