| 摘 要： | 以系统理论、人地关系理论和可持续发展理论为理论支撑,以河南省各地市不同社会因素现状为基础,选取了耕地利用社会效益评价指标,构建了相应的评价模型.并利用主成分分析法对河南省近10年以及2009年18个地市耕地利用的社会效益进行了评价.论述了评价过程,得出了评价结果,分析并提出了控制人口数量、控制城镇化速度、加强耕地保护等措施. |

| Abstract: | Based on the system theory, man-land relationship theory and sustainable development theory as the theory support, according to the different city＇s different social factors of Henan Province, social benefit evaluation index of cultivated land use is selected and corresponding evaluation model is built. Then the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the recent ten years and eighteen cities of Henan province farmland uses social benefit. This paper discusses the evaluation process and gets the conclusion, analyzes and put forward to control population amount, strengthen farmland protection measures. |
