| Abstract: | In this article, maximum likelihood, and interval estimates for the environmental factor of the exponential distribution are obtained based on Progressive Type II censored samples. In order to investigate the accuracy of estimations, an illustrative example is examined numerically by means of Monte-Carlo simulation. |
