| 摘 要： | 江苏省战略性新兴产业属于高新技术产业范畴，在资金需求上具有明显的高投入、高风险、高回报特征，融资渠道较狭窄。江苏省对战略性新兴产业的金融支持虽然起步较早，但风险投资体系尚不完善，商业银行信贷支持力度较小，上市融资比重偏低。江苏省应继续加大政府投入，积极发展风险投资，创新商业银行信贷机制，大力扶持企业上市，并努力完善各项配套措施以促进战略性新兴产业发展。

| Abstract: | The strategic emerging industry of Jiangsu Province belongs to the high-tech industry with big investment, high risk, high return in capital requirements and less financing channels. The financial support for the strategic emerging industry starts earlier, but the venture capital system is still not perfect, the commercial bank credit support is small and listing financing proportion is lower in Jiangsu province. Jiangsu province should continue to increase the government investment, develop the venture capital, create an effective commercial bank credit mechanism, vigorously support IPO and improve the supporting measures to promote the development of strategic emerging industries. |
