缩放管阻力系数的预测

摘    要:缩放管是由多节收缩与扩张管段串联组成的一种强化传热管,由于边界条件复杂,在湍流情况下难于得到流体阻力系数精确的解析解。本文采用半理论的方法对缩放管管内在湍流情况下的阻力系数进行了预测,最大误差小于5%。

Abstract:Converging_Diverging tube is a kind of enhancement tubes which is composed of many cyclic converging and diverging sectors.Owing to the complicated boundary conditions,accurate analytical solutions to the friction factor is not easy to obtain.This paper makes predictions as to the friction factor for turbulent flow by semi_theoretical method.The maximum error between experiment and theoretical method is less than 5%.
