| 摘 要： | 20世纪末以来，中国高等教育管理体制改革催生了一大批地方新建本科高校。这些高校是中国高等教育普及化的实践者，却存在办学层次、人才培养和服务面向定位不准确的问题。针对办学定位不准的原因分析，必须调整、优化地方新建本科高校的内部和外部环境，才能保证这些高校的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Since the late 20th century, reform of Chinese higher education management system has spawned a large number of newly - established local universities. These universities are the practitioners of the China＇s popu- larization of higher education, but at the same time there are some problems such as inaccurate school positioning, talent cultivation positioning and service - oriented positioning. According to the reasons of inaccurate positioning in school running, it is neccessry to adjust and optimize the internal and external environment of the newly - estab- lished local universities so as to ensure the sustainable development of these universities. |
