| 摘 要： | 对利用双向非重叠时钟发生器和CMOS管建立互补模拟开关的方法进行了讨论,引入了开关电容频率曲线的含参最小二乘曲线拟合技术,在此基础上提出一种新的对开关电容电路进行晶体管级的频域仿真分析的方法.以5阶巴特沃思低通滤波器,进行了系统级和晶体管级的计算机模拟,两种结果一致.

| Abstract: | This paper studied a method of using CMOS and two-phase non-overlapping clock to constitute complementary analogy switch.The technique of curve fitting by means of the least square Estimation of Parameters is discussed.A new Computer Simulation Method of Switched Capacitor Networks is brought forward and the system and transistor level Simulation of 5steps switching capacity filter have been done,both of results are consistent. |
