陶瓷湿敏元件老化机理探索

摘    要:对陶瓷湿敏元件的老化机理作了分析,认为湿敏陶瓷都是由金属氧化物晶体构成,这些金属氧化物具有明显的离子性,易吸附有极性的媒质,除了能吸附水分子外,也能吸附有极性的污染物,形成憎水性表面,造成元件暂时性老化.同时在吸湿、脱湿过程中,多孔陶瓷表面会发生溶解、析晶和蒸发、凝结,使陶瓷表面态发生变化,表面活性降低,造成永久性老化.文中还着重介绍了提高陶瓷湿敏元件稳定性的措施.

Abstract:The ageing mechanism of ceramic humidity-sensitive elements is investigated. It is suggested that such elements are composed of crystals of metal oxides, which exist in the state of ions and exhibit easy sorption of polar media. The sorption of harmful media reduces the surface activity of the crystal and causes temporary ageing of the element. Devitrification and e-vaporation will occur on the surface of porous ceramics and permanent ageing will result. Measures to improve the stability of ceramic humidity-sensitive elements are discussed.
