基于Willis定理的瞬心线附加板共轭曲线设计的新思路

摘    要:首先基于Willis定理提出了不完全齿轮机构的瞬心线附加板设计的一种新思路:使待设计的一对瞬心线附加板K、L开始接触后,其接触点的公法线与两轮中心线的交点由主动轮中心开始逐渐按传动比规律移到两轮的节点.但并不要求P点始终在o1o2上;接着运用微分几何原理给出了该对瞬心线附加板共轭轮廓线的求解方法步骤.

Abstract:A new method of design based on Willis theorem about the additive bar of instantaneous center curve was adopted in the course of design of incomplete gear.The contact point of this pair of additive bar of instantaneous center curve was marked by P and let the intersection point of the common normal at the point P and the two gears' central line moved from the center of the drive gear to the pitch point.But it is not required that the point P must be on the two gears' central line. Then, equations about this pair of additive bar of instantaneous center curve were derived from theory of differential geometry.
