摘    要:传统的光机结构设计是一个设计、计算机仿真、再设计反复迭代的过程,耗费的周期长、资金大.为了在短期内完成一套离轴三反系统支架以及附件的设计,基于有限元方法的设计流程,以拓扑优化为主,在Altair公司的HyperMesh/OptiStruct/Rodioss系列软件的平台上,完成了设计任务.最终模型质量19 kg(不含反射镜),轻量化率达17.9%,一阶模态达到了117.62 Hz.该设计从提出要求到交付工程图纸,一共仅用了4个月的时间.设计周期大大缩短,也节省了大量实验经费.

Abstract:The design cycle for a optical structure usually includes designing, simulating, redesigning, which is expensive and time consuming. In order to complete a design of a frame of Off-axis Three-mirrors Anastigmat telescope in a short time, this paper gives the design cycle based on FEM, whose main method is topological optimization. This application is completed by HyperMesh/OptiStruct/Rodioss which are offered by Altair Engineering, Inc. The mass of the final model is 19kg(except reflect mirrors), the percent of light weight is 17.9%. The first order mode is 117.62Hz. It took 4 months from getting the requirements to handing blue print drawing. So that the design cycle was shorter and the fund was much saved.
