摘    要:通过定义工程特性的计划改进水平、实际改进水平与工程特性修正权重等概念,提出了工程特性改进水平规划模型,并在此基础上建立了顾客需求权重评估模型。该模型能够从不同顾客的需求权重信息中提取统一的顾客需求权重,优化工程特性改进水平,使设计的产品能够满足或者超过目标市场中所有顾客的期望满意度,并利用同一资源实现多种设计目标。仿真研究表明,该模型有效的、可行的。

Abstract:QFD utilizes House of quality( HOQ) to provide a conceptual map for design process, as a construction for understanding customer requirements and establishing priorities of engineering characteristics to satisfy customer wants. In this paper, by introducing the concepts of plan improved level, actual improved level and modified weight of engineering characteristics, optimization models involved with HOQ for the identification of consensus rankings and ratings are presented that take into account the priorities and perceptions of all the customers in a target market. The models can help design team identify optimal engineering characteristic improved levels for the new/improved product that satisfies a budget constraint and matches or exceeds the satisfaction expectations of all customers surveyed in the target market based on the consensus rankings. Illustrated example and simulation result indicates that the model is reasonable and effective.
