| 摘 要： | 文章对甲基苯胺为原料合成苯佐卡因的多步反应进行了研究。解决了实验过程中出现的实验现象异常,产品纯化困难,产量低甚至没有产品等问题。在改进的实验条件下完成该实验,产品的产率高,实验的重现性好。

| Abstract: | This paper researched multi-step reaction of synthesizing benzocaine with toluidine as the raw material.The paper solved lots of problems occurring in the experiment,such as abnormal phenomena,difficult product purification,low yield and so on.After improving experiment conditions,the experiment has high yield and good reproducibility. |
