摘    要:本文以传热学为理论基础,结合固态相变动力学理论,利用有限无法对淬冷过程温度场进行了计算分析并预测了淬硬层深度。文中考虑了表面换热系数、导热系数、比热、密度等物理参量与温度间的非线性关系,并考虑了相变潜热的影响。计算结果和实测值吻合程度表明,本文所提出的计算方法是可行的。

Abstract:Based on the principle of heat transfer and phase transformation,a computer program has been writen to analyze the quenching temperature fields and predict the hardened depth,The temperature dependents thermophysical properties and the enthalpy of transformation are considered in this program. The results of experiment and calculation show that the method of calculation is feasible.
