关于城市夏季高温危害及其防御问题的研究

夏季高温在城市地区造成的危害是多方面的。高温造成环境会危及居民健康，促使某些疾病的突然恶化，造成过量的死亡；高温还会影响城市地区的经济活动，引起城市水电供应矛盾的加剧，从而造成巨大的经济损失。城市热岛会加剧城市高温，并使城市高温期延长。减轻城市高温危害的有效途径是通过采取某些措施，控制城市热岛强度。

The Effects of High-Temperature During Summer and Its Preventing Measures in Urban Areas

The abnormally high temperature in summer is very uncomfortable for urban inhabitants,it will give rise to some diseases and cause more deaths,it can bring along great ecnomic loss too, as extra electronic power and water is needed to cool the urban environment. During summer, hot weather will be intensified by heat island,for the heat island can cause temperature to rise, thus the hot period extends. So it must be an effective way to prevent the high-temperature disasters by controlling urban heat island.
