基于FLUENT的柴油机排气歧管内流场的数值模拟

摘    要:建立了柴油机排气歧管的计算流体动力学(CFD)模型,应用Fluent软件分析各歧管分别排气时,排气管内的流动特性,通过计算各支管流量的均匀性以及流场的流通性来衡量排气歧管设计的好坏.数值模拟结果表明各支管分别排气时的进、出口质量流量较为均匀,流场中的气体流动基本顺畅,没有明显的旋涡存在,但一些区域动压较大.为减少能量损失,对排气歧管进行了结构改进,改进后的流场数值模拟结果表明动压较大区域有明显改善,流速分布更有利于排气.因此,通过CFD技术研究歧管结构形状对流场的影响,能够为优化排气歧管的结构设计,减小流动阻力,改善排气效果提供理论依据.
