| 摘 要： | 通过对某厂３５０－３００冷轧机组的测试，分析了其张力制度，并应用恒张力控制原理分析了卷取张力不恒定的原因，提出了改进措施。文中还结合现场实际情况，分析了带钢板形、厚差与张力的关系，找出了产品质量不佳的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Through a test on a 350-300 cold mill unit at a plant,the paper analyses its tension system and the cause of inconstancy in coiling tension and suggests some measures forits improvement.Associated with the actual situation on the working spot,the paper alsoanalyses the correlation among the shape of strip,difference of its thickness and its tensionand points out.the main cause of the influence on the quality of the products. |
