磺化聚醚醚酮膜的制备和性能研究进展

摘    要:综述近年来磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)交换膜的制备、性能及应用.磺化聚醚醚酮可以通过直接聚合法和后磺化法合成.相对于全氟离子交换膜(PFI),合成后的SPEEK膜在成本和阻醇性能等方面具有优势,但是导电性能较弱.溶剂、磺化度和温度对磺化聚醚醚酮的导电性能有较大影响,它们将是提升SPEEK导电性能的主要研究领域.

Abstract:The preparation,properties and applications of sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) in recent years are introduced.Making SPEEK has two methods:direct polymerization and post sulfonation.Compared with PFI,SPEEK has advantages in cost and methanol rejecting property.but its conductivity is insufficient.Solvents,degree of sulfonation(DS) and temperature can affect the conductivity of SPEEK,and they are the primary investigation domains on improving the conductivity of SPEEK.
