FOWHA算子及其在决策中的应用

针对决策信息以三角模糊数互补判断矩阵形式给出的多属性决策问题,提出了一种新的决策方法。该方法依据一般的决策分析方法的基本思路,给出了解该问题的计算步骤,其核心是提出了一种模糊有序加权调和平均(FOWHA)算子,利用该算子对以三角模糊数互补判断矩阵形式给出的决策信息进行集结,并给出了一种基于可能度的决策方案排序方法。最后,给出了一个实例分析。结果表明该方法简单、有效,易于计算。

Fuzzy ordered weighted harmonic averaging operator and its application to decision making

With respect to multiple attribute decision making in which the decision making information value is a triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix,a new decision making method is proposed.Then the calculation steps to solve it are given.As the key step,a fuzzy ordered weighted harmonic averaging(FOWHA) operator is proposed and utilized to aggregate the information given in the form of the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix.The priority based on possibility degree for the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problem is proposed.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method.The result shows the approach is simple,effective and easy to calculate.
