| 摘 要： | 人事档案管理是高校工作的重要组成部分。目前很多高校的人事档案管理还不规范。高校人事档案管理要走上规范化道路,就要加强领导,增强档案意识;健全管理体制;完善人事档案的信息内容;推进人事档案管理信息化;积极完善人事档案管理法规和提升管理人员的专业水平等。
