摘    要:以乌鲁木齐市六道湾煤矿塌陷区表层(0—15cm)粘土为研究对象,测定土壤中总磷及有效磷的含量。采用氢氧化钠熔融法消解,钼酸铵分光光度法测定土壤中总磷的含量。采用0.015mol/L NH4F和0.3mol/L HCL浸提土壤中有效磷,钼锑抗比色法测定土壤中有效磷的含量。本法简便可靠,能满足环境监测对土壤中总磷和有效磷分析的需要,文章为乌市六道湾生态公园的建立和合理施磷肥提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The soil of Urumqi Liudaowan Coal Mines was studied to determine the total and effective phosphorus.After the soil sample was digested with melting NaOH,the total amount ofphosphorus in soil was determined at the 700nm by spectrophotometry of ammonium molybdate.After thesoil sample was soaked and extracted by 0.015mol/L NH4F and 0.3mol/L ITC1,the effectivephosphorus was determined at the 700nm by spectrophotometry of the molybdenum stibium antideveloper.The method is simple and reliable,and obtains satisfying results.The research provides a scientificfoundation for reasonable fertilization in the ecological park of Urumqi Liudaowan.
