摘    要:板坯库天车作业对钢铁生产整体节奏和效率起到非常重要的作用, 天车作业的优化受到库位布局、工艺流程、作业干涉等多方面因素的影响, 优化过程具有随机性, 满意解的界定具有模糊性. 为了解决这一难题, 提出了循环仿真的方法, 通过原始仿真模型和改进仿真模型的循环转换和多档模糊评判寻求优化解, 采用Agent技术设计了板坯库的仿真物流对象, 定义了仿真事件和仿真逻辑. 通过对国内某大型钢厂的应用实例表明, 循环仿真的方法对钢铁板坯库天车作业优化具有较好的实用性.

Abstract:Crane scheduling in slab yard is very important to tempo and efficiency of steel production. The optimization of crane scheduling is constrained by working zone, working process and crane interference. The process of optimization is affected by stochastic and whether the optimize result is satisfied is fuzzy. Cycle simulation is designed orienting this problem, thus optimization result can be got by multi-class fuzzy evaluation and cycle transform between as-is simulation model and to be simulation model. Agent technique is used to design simulation object in slab yard, simulation event and simulation logic are defined. An example of simulation application in a steel plant in China showed cycle simulation method is useful to crane scheduling in slab yard.
