AHP法在南阳渠灌溉工程环境影响综合评价中的应用

摘    要:南阳渠灌溉工程对环境影响涉及到范围广,作用时间长,影响因素众多复杂,采用层次分析法(AHP)进行环境影响综合评价,结果表明,该工程将促进灌区生态环境的良性环境和当地工农业的迅速高儿发展;同时说明层次分析法评价这类环境问题不仅在理论上优越于一般的定性分析法,而且能得到较符合实际情况的结论,为论证工程可行性提供科学依据。

Abstract:In Dongxiang autonomous county, which is one of the poorest areas in the arid middle part of Gansu and is crisscrossed by hills and ravines, water shortage is serious.In or der to change the situation, Nanyangqu irrigation works was planned. If the project is put into practice, a large amount of water from Daxiahe river will engulf the area, so the water-land balance,water-salt balance and ecological balance might be disturbed. As a result, a lot of environmental problems including salinization, water logging in the irrigated area, landslide or collapse along the canals and especially in loess hills may arise. With the help of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), a comprehensive assessment of environmental impact of Nanyangqu irrigation works has been made. The result shows that 16 out of 23 environmental factors will have a good evolution, but 7 of them will deteriorate. The variation of total environmental quality is 0.3195, in which the social is 0.24642 and the natural is 0.07053. Generally speaking, the project will have a good effect on the environment and promote the industry and agriculture in Dongxiang autonomous county. Meanwhile, the result also shows that AHP is a better method than ordinary qualitative analysis for the assessment of environmental impacts.
